Designed by Archibald Knox and made by William Hair Hasler. Solid silver with ornate blue and green enamelling.
This silver Knox caddy spoon was designed by the much sort after and world-famous Arts and crafts designer Archibald Knox and sold in Liberties London. This is a genuine piece by one of the great names of the Arts and Crafts movement. His items were carefully selected to sell at Liberties with other influential designers from the period such as William Morris.
In excellent condition with visible hallmarks. The ceramic colouring is in good condition for its age but shows some wear (Please see photo’s).
Hallmarks clearly indicate it was made in Birmingham, England in 1911 by the well respected William Hair Haseler.
